Temporary, Temporary-To-Hire
Temp-to-Hire offers you (the client) the opportunity to assess candidates on the job prior to commitment as an employer; saving you the time spent interviewing unqualified candidates.

Temp-to-Hire rates include advertising, matching social security, insurance-workers compensation and payroll administration.

Employment Resources' standard Temp-to-Hire period is 90 days or 480 hours Full Time / 520 hours Part Time from the date of hire. There are no additional charges for conversion.

Ongoing Staffing
Ongoing Staffing minimizes the client's responsibilities for employees, as Employment Resources becomes the source for your staff, handling all paperwork, tax filings, benefits management, etc.

Direct Hire Placement / Executive Search
When it comes to filling a key position, Employment Resources is an objective 3rd party. Our only goal is to help you find and hire the most qualified candidate – one who meets your criteria and reflects your corporate culture.

Our Direct Hire placement fee is a percentage of the base annual compensation earned by the candidate during the candidate's first twelve months of performing service for the client company. There is no obligation to hire any of the candidates we send you. However, all candidates interviewed remain under Employment Resources's finder's fee rights for one hundred and twenty (120) days.

We feel so confident that you will be satisfied with Employment Resources, that we guarantee our service. We will take the necessary steps to provide qualified employees who will meet your requirements and performance standards. If for any reason you should be dissatisfied with the performance of any employee, we will replace the employee, within the 90 day introductory period, at no cost to you.
